Make on the 12x24-inch BIG BOARD. Serves 8-10.This easy Christmas Tree Charcuterie Board takes 10 minutes to assemble. It is festive and fun, with bites of cheese, crackers, and meats!
Ingredients
Breadsticks, trunk of the tree
Sweet Peppadews with Boursin cheese, I buy these at Newport Avenue Market
A STAR shortbread cookie, for the top, we bought Walker brand
Instructions
On a rectangular board with a raised edge, start at the bottom with short bread sticks to make the trunk of the tree. [You want a board with a lip so the food stays on and doesn't fall off.]
Stuff peppadews with boursin cheese. Arrange the first bottom layer of the tree with the stuffed peppers.
Next, lay down a row of sliced cucumber. In between the cucumbers and the peppadews, fold salami pieces in quarters and squeeze in between to make its own row.
Fan out a layer of crackers above the cucumber slices.
Form another row of cherry tomatoes above the crackers.
Cut brie cheese into large chunks and stack above the cherry tomatoes to make a row.
Slice salami and fan out above the brie cheese.
Arrnage another cracker row above the salami slices.
The top row add 3 more stuffed peppadews.
At the very top, place a Walker shortbread "star" cookie for the tree topper!
