A soft and creamy centerpiece for an epic charcuterie board, or serve alone for a small gathering, this Cranberry Pistachio Brie Appetizer.
Ingredients

Round of Brie
1
cup
cranberry sauce
¾
cup
pistachio nuts
Orange zest
,
optional if you use Trader Joe's orange cranberry sauce
Favorite crackers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Slice rind off the top of the Brie, sliding the knife in and down (to form a cone, or lid). Set the lid aside.
Spoon 1/2 of the cranberry sauce over the center of the Brie. Add some orange zest. Place the lid back on top, pushing down.
Spread the remaining cranberry sauce on top; sprinkle with pistachio nuts.
Bake for 10 minutes until bubbly and hot. Serve with your favorite crackers, bread, or sliced fruit.
