Dill Pickle Cream Cheese is made of softened cream cheese with dill pickles, red onion, and fresh dill, served as a dip or spread for bagels or toast. Or serve with sturdy chips or pita chips or wedges.
Ingredients

cream cheese

8 oz block

Kosher dill spears

we buy at Costco

dill pickle chips
Fresh dill
3
slices
red onion
,
sliced very very thin
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
Kosher salt
Few cracks of fresh black pepper
1-2
packages of pita chips or butter crackers or favorite sturdy chips
Equipment
1 cutting board
1 sharp knife
Instructions
On a cutting board, place the cream cheese down, with the pickles laid on top, fresh dill, and red onions.
Use a sharp knife to start chopping all the ingredients, until slightly mixed together.
Scrape it into a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle the ingredients with the garlic powder and the salt. Add a few cracks of black pepper.
Mix - It doesn’t have to be mixed all the way through - chunks are okay!.
Place in a small bowl on a dinner plate, and then surround with pita chips or butter crackers or favorite sturdy chips.
Leftovers? Spread on a toasted bagel. Make it nice and thick, and cut in half and enjoy!
