On a large, round prepared board, start at the top and layer the following fruit in a round rainbow fashion: blackberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, mango, coconut strips, raspberries.
On a large plate, heat up the pancakes and keep warm until serving. When ready to serve, place the plate on the lower left of the board.
To the right, add the Brie cheese, syrup, and chocolate coins.
To the left place the butter.
Fill in open areas at the bottom with fresh blueberries. On a hot pad, place the hot plate of pancakes, and serve right away!
