Heat a large saute pan to medium-high, add the olive oil, and saute onions until clear for 5-6 minutes. Add in the ground meats. Cook until lightly browned. Remove the fat.
Add the spices to the cooked meat. Pour in black beans. Heat for about 10 more minutes, and while heating, prepare the board with taco toppings.
Leave a large space in the middle of the board for the hot meat. Around the outside of the board, add the Frito bags (make sure the tops are cut open).
Arrange the toppings on the board, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, cheese, olives, guacamole, salsa, hot sauce, and add the hot meat, and serve!
