4-8ozespresso
4-8ozcreamy oat milk , or another milk

Instructions
To make the espresso ice cubes, pull four shots of espresso and pour the shots into a tray (use a paper towel to clean up the edges if needed). Add the oat milk into a separate tray and freeze.
To serve, divide the cubes into two 16oz glasses and pour a freshly pulled shot of espresso and chilled oat milk over the top.
Notes
Makes about two 16 oz lattes.Pro Tip: add vanilla and a splash of your favorite flavored syrup (pumpkin flavored syrup and cinnamon!) to the oat milk for added sweetness and flavor.Serving size and amount of liquid needed will vary depending on the size of your ice cube trays.
