In a large skillet, heat 3 Tbsp olive oil on medium-low heat. When hot, add garlic and cook for about 3 minutes, or until lightly golden. Add grapes, figs, and rosemary and begin to reduce down on medium-low heat—season with salt to taste. When ingredients are tender, thick, and jammy, remove from heat and set aside—should take about 10 minutes.
Toast the baguette slices under a broiler, with butter on each side, or, carefully in a toaster. When slices are golden (on both sides), spread goat cheese on top, followed by the grape and fig spread, and a thin slice of prosciutto wrapped around the whole appetizer. Serve warm or cold and enjoy!
