Frog Sandwich Board
With buggy olive eyes and pickle tongues, this cute Frog Sandwich Board is perfect for casual meals or sharing at potlucks! Make on 12x24” BIG BOARD. Makes 24 sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 24 buns
- 12 slices provolone cheese, cut in halves
- 24 slices thin ham, folded over
- 24 dill pickles, sliced (long) - optional to use sweet pickles
- 24 green olives, cut in half
- Mayonnaise
- Ranch dressing
- Chips

Instructions
- Squish the buns to flatten before slicing in half, so the top is more flat.
- To make a frog sandwich: Spread mayonnaise on each half, and then fold over a piece of ham; next add a cheese slice, and then add a pickle slice to look like a tongue (see photo). Place the top of the roll back on top. Push down.
- Place 2 toothpicks in each sandwich and add 1/2 olive on each toothpick for the eyes.
- To make a board: Stack all 24 on a large plate and place on a big board.
- Around the outside, add a mix of Ruffle potato chips on one side, and sweet potato chips on the other side. Add a small bowl of Ranch dressing for dipping.
- Serve!
