Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

oz
bittersweet chocolate
1
cup
butter
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
1
cup
sugar
3
large eggs
,
beaten
1 ½
cups
almond meal
1
cup
chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325ºF. Spray or grease an 8×8 square baking pan.
Melt the chocolate and butter gently over a low heat in a heavy-based saucepan.
Remove from heat, mix in the vanilla and sugar, and cool.
Beat the eggs into the sugar mixture along with the almond meal and chopped walnuts. Gently mix.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. The top will have set but the mixture will still be gooey.
Let the brownies cool and cut into squares.
