steamed lentils

28 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained

chicken or vegetable broth

tsp.
garlic powder
1/2
tsp.
dried oregano
1/2
tsp.
white pepper

chopped fresh parsley

small zucchini

Instructions
In a Dutch oven or large pot, heat olive oil to medium-high heat. Add the onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add the ham, steamed lentils (already cooked), diced tomatoes, and broth, and bring to a boil.
Add the spices and parsley. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve!
