Ingredients

Honey mangoes
,
cubed

cup
sliced cherry tomatoes
,
halved
1
cup
red onion
,
finely chopped
1/2
bell pepper
,
seeds removed, diced
2
jalapenos
,
seeds removed and diced
1/4
cup
fresh cilantro leaves
,
chopped
Juice from 1-2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with lime juice. Stir to combine all the flavors. Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate overnight so flavors will blend. For a spicier version, use serrano peppers instead of jalapeños.
