Delight guests with a creamy Hot Cocoa Dip for holiday dipping, served with cookies and topped with peppermint sprinkles and marshmallows! Optional to serve in the center of the round 20-inch board.
Ingredients
18-oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temp
1c.Marshmallow Fluff
¾c.plus 2 Tbsp. hot cocoa mix
½c.heavy cream
¼c.unsweetened cocoa powder
Toppings and snacks:
1cupcream, whipped to put on the cocoa dip
Mini marshmallows
Peppermint sprinkles
Oreos
Graham crackers
Shortbread cookies
Mini meringue cookies
Peppermint bark, broken in pieces

Instructions
In a large bowl beat cream cheese and Marshmallow Fluff on medium-high speed until light and fluffy - 1 minute.
Pour in the hot cocoa mix, cream, and cocoa powder and beat on low speed another 2 minutes, until combined. Then turn it up to high and continue to beat another 3 minutes until mixed and fluffy.
Using a scraper, remove the dip to a small serving bowl. Top with a cup of already whipped cream, a few mini marshmallows, a few peppermint sprinkles, and a few mini chocolate chips.
Serve with cookies on the big board - easy and fun for dipping!
