Salami

chorizo, serene slices
Boursin cheese
Blue Stilton cheese
Mini brie cheese
Sea salt crackers

Apple slices
Grapes
Oregon Growers Hazelnut Fruit Pate

or jam or jelly
Dried apricots
Dried cherries
Pecans
Whole pear

Instructions
On a large tray or board with a lip, arrange the whole pear in the center, with cheeses and pear jam.
Next arrange the meats, crackers, fruit, and nuts by sections around the outside of the board.
Serve and enjoy!
