Makes 3 cups.
Irish pub cream cheese is a delicious party dip or spread that goes especially well with potato chips and pretzels for St. Patrick's Day.
Ingredients

cream cheese

softened

Guinness® Draught Beer

Worcestershire sauce

garlic

minced

Dijon mustard

Dubliner cheese

shredded (about 1 cup)

green onions

thinly sliced
Serving:
Kettle thick potato chips + pretzels
Instructions
Pulse
: In a food processor, add the cream cheese and pulse while pouring in the Guinness beer and the Worcestershire sauce.
Add
the garlic, Dijon mustard, and shredded Dubliner cheese; process until smooth.
Spoon
the mixture into a serving bowl; cover. Chill in refrigerator overnight or 8 hours before serving.
Add
finely sliced green onions for garnish.
Serve with sturdy potato chips or pretzels. Also optional to serve with veggies, or use as a spread.
