Serve The Laughing Cow's cheese wedges as little Christmas trees, with cranberries, pistachios, honey, and pretzel sticks for the tree base. Makes 32 bites. Serve on the 26-inch BIG BOARD.

Ingredients

  • 4 5.4 oz The Laughing Cow cheese wedges, about 32 total
  • 1 pkg Trader Joe’s Pretzel Sticks, halved
  • 1 Trader Joe’s dried cranberries
  • 1 Pistachio nuts, chopped
  • Honey
  • Fresh rosemary, garnish

Instructions

  • Unwrap Laughing Cow cheese wedges and set on a plate while you break the pretzel rods in half.
  • Next, carefully push the pretzel into the flat/bottom part of the triangle to make a tree trunk. Do it gently, and it’s okay if the cheese splits a bit, it should stay together (because it’s so soft).
  • Place the trees on a big board, in the shape of a Christmas tree, starting at the top with one, and ending with 7 or 8 in a row.
  • Next, drizzle the honey over the cheese (so the next ingredients will stick to it).
  • Sprinkle the dried cranberries and the chopped pistachios over the honey.
  • Serve immediately.
