heads butter leaf lettuce

chopped

Wild Alaska shrimp

boiled eggs

halved (or chopped)

avocado

diced

black olives

drained and sliced

green beans

blanched and diced

purple onion

thinly sliced (or chopped)

bacon

cooked and chopped

brick Roquefort cheese

crumbled
Thousand Island dressing
Small pepper

for garnish
Fresh basil and parsley
Instructions
Layer the ingredients in a large glass parfait dish. Optional to add the dressing on top, or keep on the side.
Right before serving, dump into a large bowl. Add the dressing, gently toss and serve!
