1cupmixed dried fruit, such as cranberries, apricots, etc:, finely chopped
¼cuporange juice
Instructions
Bake ham according to package directions.
Mix together marmalade, mustard, ginger, allspice, cardamom, and dried fruit in a small bowl.
Thirty minutes before ham is done, remove from the oven and spoon half of sauce over the ham and return to oven. Bake until the ham is done.
With the remaining mixture, put in a small pan add the orange juice. Bring to a boil, then turn down to low and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve the sauce on the side along with the ham.
