Peach Granola Crisp with Peach Cream

You can make this dessert with fresh or canned peaches; serve warm with sweet peach cream or Vanilla ice cream!
Ingredients

cans peaches
,
sliced, drained
1/4
cup
brown sugar
1 1/2
cups
granola
1/4
cup
butter
,
melted
1
cup
whipped cream
2
Tbsp.
powdered sugar
1/2
tsp.
vanilla

Tbsp.
peach jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Cut peach slices in half and place in an 8×8 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
In a small bowl mix the granola and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of the fruit.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Whip cream until almost thick. Add the sugar, vanilla, and peach jam. Mix together until smooth.
Serve the crisp warm with Peach Whipped Cream.
