Gather the fresh mozzarella balls, tomatoes (cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes - optional to slice in half), torn fresh basil leaves, and thinly sliced prosciutto.
Tear the prosciutto into smal bite size pieces, or you can just fold it. You can decided on what size of meat you want (big or small).
You can display this appetizer in a few ways, by setting out on a board or large platter, or stacking 2 cake stands (pedistals) on top of each other. Crackers can be arranged at the base, or you can set in a separate bowl or tray.
Lay down the ingredients, and add a pop of color by adding flowers.
Serve with balsamic glaze and crackers on the side. Optional to add crostini in place of crackers).
Assemble each bite by taking a cracker, placing cheese and meat on top with a tomato and piece of basil. Optional to add a drizzle of the balsmic glaze.
