Sprinkle with dried cranberries and pistachios.
Place the plate in the center of a round board.
For the cutie oranges: Peel each orange and place a small piece of celery in each to make a "green stem."
Build around the cream cheese all the snacks, including the nuts, cookies, pretzels, apple slices, cutie oranges, etc.
