5-6cupspotatoes, larger ones cut up into 1 1/2 inch or so pieces, smaller ones left whole
3caps of liquid smoke
Liberal amount of favorite seasoning, or salt and pepper
4Tbsp.butter
Rosemary or thyme, or both, chopped
Instructions
Place the potatoes in the microwave 3-5 minutes until barely tender. Season the potatoes.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan on high; add the potatoes and cook until brown, then drop the heat down to low. (Or, at this point, when prepared, toss on the barbecue in a basket).
Cook until the potatoes are soft. Add rosemary and thyme. Season to taste.
