Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare (grease or flour) a 8×8 baking pan.
Whisk together the butter and sugar; add the egg and extracts. Mix in the flour; stir. Add the chocolate chips; mix together.
Spread the batter in the baking dish; sprinkle with coconut and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Lightly heat the 1/4 cup of fudge topping and spread on top of the warm brownies. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into small pieces. Serve!
