Lay the tomato slices on a plate and drizzle with olive oil; add salt, and pepper. Turn them over so they are oiled on both sides. TIP: You can also use cooking spray.
Heat your grill to hot, and place tomato slices on hot grill for about 4 minutes. Flip using tongs or a spatula. Cook for another 3 or 4 minutes.
