Ingredients

rotisserie chicken

chopped

slices
bacon

cooked and chopped

hard-cooked eggs

cooled and cut in half
6
small tomatoes

quartered
2
heads of butter lettuce

chopped or lay leaves down
1
brick Roquefort cheese
1
small onion
,
thinly sliced
1
cup
black olives
,
drained and sliced
2
cups
Thousand Island Dressing
,

large avocados

Parsley

for garnish
Instructions
On a large prepared board, leave space for a large plate in the center of the board to hold the chicken, sliced eggs, and bacon.
In small bowls, place the sliced olives, red onion, and dressing.
Around the outside, arrange the butter leaf lettuce (optional to chop it ahead of time).
Fill in open spaces for the remaining ingredients. Add lemon slices and parsley for garnish and serve!
