bag shishito peppers

sesame oil

cup
soy sauce

for dipping
Pinch
of kosher salt
Instructions
In a hot skillet, heat the sesame oil.
Add the peppers and cook 3-4 minutes, until blistered and brown. Turn them frequently to get the nice charred look.
Serve on a platter with a small bowl of soy sauce for dipping. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
