or other, apple, sliced and soaked in lemon juice to prevent browning

Instructions
To assemble the board, lay out the large sprigs of rosemary in a circle as an outline, then start filling in with the other ingredients.
Next, place the cheeses, grapes, persimmons, and apples around the circle. Begin filling in the smaller space with folded salami, and almonds.
Finally, fill in the smallest spaces with short sprigs of rosemary. You can gently move the wreath to center and even out the sides on the board.
