Inspired by Aggie’s Kitchen Italian Sausage, Potatoes, and Peppers recipe. A delicious meal--potatoes and onions in oven recipe, with delicious bratwurst sausage! Add in peppers; bake and on the table in 50 minutes!
Ingredients
1 ½lbsBratwurst, cut into thirds
8-10small baby red potatoes, cut in half
1-2large onions, cut in large chunks
2large bell peppers, cut in large chunks
1Tbsp.dried oregano, or favorite seasoning
Salt and pepper
Red pepper flakes
2Tbsp.olive oil
1smallcabbage, cut into eighths, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut each sausage link into 3 pieces and place in a large baking dish. Add potatoes, onion, peppers. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, or favorite seasoning, and salt and pepper. Gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Cover baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Place baking dish in oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and cook uncovered for additional 10 minutes.
