box Gorton’s Simply Bake Shrimp Classic Scampi

boxes Athens mini fillo shells
Cilantro and lime to garnish
Instructions
Bake shrimp scampi according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
Fill each fillo cup with a teaspoon of pico de gallo, then place a small piece of pineapple, a small slice of avocado, and one shrimp on top.
Garnish each cup with cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime. Serve immediately!
