Thousand Island Dressing

homemade or store bought

heads Iceberg lettuce

quartered (use 6 for serving 6, or 8 for serving 8)

perfect soft boiled egg recipe, sliced

Feta cheese

small red onion

thinly sliced
Parsley for garnish
Fresh black cracked pepper

box Effie's Homemade Oatcakes

Instructions
On an 18-inch tray prepared tray (either parchment paper, or food approved tray), place a bowl of thousand island dressing in the center.
Around the bowl of dressing place cheese, salami, and favorite crackers.
On the outside, place the wedges of Iceberg lettuce, shrimp, bacon, onion, tomatoes, eggs, and feta cheese.
Garnish with parsley. Add fresh cracked pepper to the dressing and serve!
