Ingredients

milk

vanilla

almond extract

egg

beaten

cup
sour cream
1
cup
pecans
,
chopped, divided
1
large pear
,
peeled and diced
Instructions
Set oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare 24 muffin cups with paper liners.
For the muffin batter, sift the first 4 dry ingredients together.
Stir in the milk, butter, vanilla and almond extract, egg, sour cream, 1/2 cup pecans, and pear just until moistened.
Divide and fill batter tins 1/2 full with the batter.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chopped pecans on top.
Bake until golden for 15-18 minutes.
