3x3 inch French rolls

thick mozzarella slices

thick slices of tomato

large basil leaves

pkg rice crackers

Balsamic glaze
Instructions
Slice the rolls in half and drizzle with olive oil; rub garlic cloves on each side. Add sea salt.
Broil for 1-2 minutes. Place on one side of a large board or tray.
Heat up the sliced steak pieces and place in a bowl.
On a large plate, arrange the tomato and cheese slices and fresh basil. Place the steak in the middle of a board (in a bowl).
Around the outside, place the crackers, hummus, and cherries. Serve with a bottle of balsamic glaze for drizzling on the sandwich (optional).
