Loaded with fresh, sweet fruit and a buttery topping, this Strawberry-Peach Cobbler is an easy and delish dessert for fruit fans! Make in 9x13 baking dish.
Ingredients
3cups20 oz fresh or frozen peaches sliced, peeled if using fresh
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. On the bottom, lay the sliced peaches and the strawberries, and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the fruit.
In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, flour, vanilla, and almond extract. Spread the cobbler/crust mixture evenly over the fruit.
In the same bowl, add the remaining ½ cup of sugar and 2 Tbsp cornstarch. Mix together and sprinkle on top of the cobbler mixture.
Over the entire cobbler, pour 2 cups of boiling water.
Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
