Stuffed Endive with Walnuts and Honey Recipe for a nosh or small bite, drizzled with honey, and topped with walnuts and orange zest. Add chili powder for an extra "kick" to these delicious bites.
Ingredients

oz.
goat cheese

Tbsp.
chives
,
finely chopped
1/4
cup
toasted walnuts
,
chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Honey to drizzle
Orange zest to garnish

large endives
,
leaves separated
Instructions
In small bowl, cream together goat cheese, chives, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
With a small spoon, press a tablespoon of cheese inside the center of the endive leaf. Repeat this until all leaves are stuffed.
Drizzle honey, sprinkle walnut, an zest orange on top to garnish.
