Arrange 16 pieces of bread on the counter and butter one side. Slice the cheese. For 8 sandwiches you need 12 oz. of cheese (1 1/2 blocks of Cabot Cheese).
Heat a large grill on your stovetop and place the buttered sides of bread down. Place the cheese on top; lay another piece of bread on top (butter side up). After a couple of minutes, flip the grilled cheese sandwich over.
Meanwhile, on a board or tray, arrange the fresh fruit and sweets, and leave room to stack the hot grilled cheese sandwiches.
Make flowers with salami slices and lay on the tray.
