Valentine's Day Date Night Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 1 container of 8 Laughing Cow creamy Swiss light spreadable cheese wedges
- 8 oz salami
- 1 block blue cheese
- 1 box Lesley Stowe Raincoast Cheese Crisps
- 3- Seed Beet Crackers, Trader Joe’s
- 2 pouches Pocky chocolate cream-covered biscuit sticks, we bought at Costco
- 2 cups whole pistachios, in shells
- 1 heart-shaped cookie cutter, or pan
- 1 8 oz prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella sticks
- 1 cup malt balls
- 6 oz fresh raspberries
Instructions
- On a round board, place a giant heart-shaped cookie cutter in the center. Pour the pistachio nuts into the cookie cut-out (center star), leaving it there while you build around the board.
- Fill in all the open spots with remaining foods.
- Remove the large cookie cutter and serve!
