White Peach Goat Cheese Appetizer is perfect for summer entertaining or a light snack, made with fresh white peaches and fresh thyme!

White Peach Goat Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients

1 white peach
Crackers
Goat cheese, softened
Fresh thyme

Instructions

Lay crackers out on a platter or tray.
Peel and slice the peach. Set aside.
Spread the softened goat cheese on each cracker. Lay a slice of peach on top.
Garnish with fresh chopped thyme; serve!
