Serve on the 26-inch big board
Ingredients
8cupsTamarind and Lemongrass Milk Braised Pork, or another braised meat dish
4cupsJasmine Rice
½cupsweet chili sauce
2large carrots, shaved or julienned
⅓cuppickled red onion
4servings cooked broccoli
2Persian cucumbers
1avocado, sliced (and drizzled with lime juice to prevent browning)
4Fresno chilies, or baby bell peppers, sliced
4tomatoes on the vine, sliced
1lime, sliced
3-4cshaven purple cabbage, thinly shaved
Cilantro and mint to garnish
4kiwis, sliced
Instructions
Make the Milk Braised Pork recipe (recipe in our new cookbook). While simmering on the stove, make the white rice.
Assemble the toppings on the board, leaving room for a hot pad and the large pot of Milk Braised Pork.
