Blackberry Lemon Cups Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 boxes Athens mini fillo shells, 12
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon curd
  • 3 Tbsp. blackberry jelly, or any berry
  • 1 cup large blackberries, or 12 large
  • Lemon, for zesting

Instructions

  • Plate a package of mini fill shells (remove from the freezer and put on a plateā€”no baking involved).
  • In a small bowl, whip together the lemon curd, jelly and mascarpone cheese. Fill the cups with a teaspoon of the mixture.
  • Place a large blackberry (or your favorite berry) on top.
  • Zest a lemon and sprinkle on top of the cups; serve!
