Ingredients

cooked quinoa

⁄2 cup minced cilantro

⁄4 cup minced mint

⁄2 cup minced parsley

garlic powder

medium ripe tomatoes

cored, seeded, and minced

large cucumbers

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour, then serve cold.
