4th of July Blueberry Caprese Skewers

Servings: 12 -24 skewers


  • 12-24 small cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large container of fresh basil big leaves
  • 12-24 fresh marinated mozzarella balls we used Galbrini brand
  • 12-24 knot skewers FIND LINK
  • 24-48 fresh large blueberries
  • Balsamic glaze optional


  • Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
  • Next, push one blueberry on the skewer, followed by a tomato and a folded-over piece of basil.
  • Then push a┬ápiece of mozzarella next to the basil, followed by another large blueberry!
  • Lay the Blueberry Caprese Skewers in a row, on a platter.
  • Optional to drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper.
