Precook quinoa the night before and allow to cool; refridgerate.
Ingredients

basil

finely chopped

lime juice

agave nectar or honey

sea salt

olive oil

cooked quinoa
1
cup
sliced strawberries
½
cup
red onion

finely chopped
½
cup
cucumber
,
finely chopped
¼
cup
diced carrots
,
finely chopped
¼
cup
red or yellow peppers
,
finely chopped
¼
cup
chopped basil
,
finely chopped
Instructions
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
Add the other ingredients together in a larger bowl.
Mix in the dressing. Serve!
