Epic Spring Charcuterie Board

  • 1 box 33.2 oz Milton’s Orginal Multi-Grain Crackers
  • 1 tub 16 oz. Apricot Honey Fromage Blanc
  • 1 8 oz. President’s Brie
  • 1 pkg. 6 oz. Laughling Cow Wedges
  • 19 watermelon skewers, watermelon, mozzarella balls, blueberries, basil
  • 12 fruit skewers, strawberry, watermelon, melon, grape, pineapple
  • 1 block hard cheese
  • 10 oz. salami slices
  • 10 oz. ham slices
  • 3 bowls favorite candy, ie, M&Ms, etc:
  • Whole cashews
  • Flowers for garnish
  • 3 tangerines, with stems for garnish


  • Prepare a large board with parchment paper (unless food safe).
  • In the center of the board, place a premier cheese (I used Apricot Honey Fromage Blanc from Costco).
  • Arrange the 3 tangerines (with stems) for garnish, next to the center bowl. In between place "salami flowers."
  • Next lay down the watermelon skewers.
  • Place on the board bowls of Easter candy and the cheese (hard cheese, brie cheese, laughing cow wedges).
  • On the outside of the board, fan (spread) the mutli grain crackers.
  • Lay down the fruit skewers and folded over pieces of ham. Fill in the open spaces with whole cashews!
  • Garnish with spring flowers and fresh basil or mint.
