Delicious baked dip, served with chips and crackers, or served on a HOT baked potato.
Ingredients

large Bermuda onion
,
diced (or use a sweet Vidalia onion)
½
cup
mayonnaise
4
ounces
cream cheese
,
softened
1
cup
sharp cheddar cheese
,
shredded
1
cup
mozzarella cheese
,
shredded
1
cup
Swiss cheese
,
shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives
,
thinly sliced (or green onion)
Dark crackers on one side and pita chips on the other
,

Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place softened cream cheese, diced onion, and mayo in a medium size mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Swiss cheese to the bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste, then mix to combine all of the ingredients.
Spoon into baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes. You want the top of the dip to be lightly browned.
Sprinkle very finely chopped fresh chives or green onions on top.
Serve with your choice of cracker or pita chip.
