Ingredients

cups
brown rice
,
rinsed
1
quart
stock
,
chicken, beef, or vegetarian
Salt and pepper

Tbps. fresh basil
,
diced

cup
fresh parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a prepared rice cooker (with cooking spray), dump 3 cups rinsed brown rice. Add 1 quart of stock.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook according to rice cooker directions. (My rice cooker cooks brown rice for 55 minutes.)
When done, add the basil and Parmesan cheese and fluff with a fork. Salt and pepper to taste; serve!
