You can always fill in the open spaces with your favorite chips, since it is a sandwich board.
Ingredients
2
loaves French baguettes
,
sliced
5
medium tomatoes
,
sliced
1
head iceberg lettuce
,
separated
1
red onion
,
thinly sliced
2
cucumbers
,
sliced
1
yellow pepper
,
thinly sliced
1
red pepper
,
thinly sliced
1
orange pepper
,
thinly sliced
1
small bag baby carrots
1 1/2
pounds
sliced cheese
,
varieties like cheddar, Pepper Jack, Swiss, and Havarti
Guacamole
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Dilly dip
,
like a Ranch dip
1-2
cups
basil leaves
Instructions
On a large platter, tray, or board, in the center place a bowl of guacamole. Garnish it with a whole radish.
Around the guacamole, layer the sliced tomatoes.
Around the outside of the board mix in the sliced bread and lettuce leaves.
Fill 5 small bowls with pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, Ranch dressing, and sliced onions. Place the bowls on the board.
In the open spaces layer the cheese, and fill with veggies and basil leaves.
Optional to heat/toast the bread right before serving!
