Looking for a BLT Dip with a flare? This Chipotle BLT Dip recipe is made with avocados, bacon, tomatoes, corn, and Chipotle Chili Pepper.
Ingredients

large avocados

smashed
¼
cup
finely chopped white or red onion

bacon strips

cooked and crumbled

Tbsp.
mayonnaise

tomatoes

finely chopped
¾
cup
fresh corn

cup
cilantro
,
chopped
½
tsp.
Chipotle Chili Pepper
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Instructions
Start with mashed avocados.
In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients. Salt to taste!
Place in a small serving bowl and garnish with cilantro and serve with your favorite chips, crackers, bread, or crudite.
