Christmas Wreath Charcuterie Board
Made on the 20-inch BIG BOARD.
Ingredients
- 16 oz salami, that you can fold into quarters
- 16 oz sliced prosciutto, bunched up to make a flower
- 10 oz Jack cheese sticks cut into cubes
- 10 oz cheddar cheese sticks cut into cubes
- 10 oz Colby Jack cheese sticks cut into cubes
- Black olives
- Green olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh rosemary, a LOT
Instructions
- Start with a 20 inch round board. Divide all ingredients in half. Assemble board as pictured, placing each ingredient across from the same ingredient.
- Start with meat, then cheese.
- Place rosemary springs, olives, and cherry tomatoes on last. Then repeat to make a whole wreath
