Curried Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

large sweet potato
,
peeled and chopped into large chunks (4-5 chunks)

tsp
allspice
1
tsp
turmeric
1
Tbsp
graham masala
1/2
tsp
cayenne pepper
1/4

dill roughly chopped
,
plus some to garnish
1/8
c.
chives
,
chopped, plus some to garnish

c.
plain greek yogurt

Tbsp
honey

Tbsp
melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

curry
Instructions
Boil sweet potato until tender—about 15-20 minutes. Drain potatoes.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, spices, and honey.
In a food processor, or with a fork, mash the potatoes until smooth. Add in the yogurt and herbs and mix thoroughly.
Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with herbs and fresh pepper.
