On a medium plate, lay down the goat cheese, and pour the tomato bruschetta over the cheese. Place in the center of the board.
Fill 2 small bowls with the olive oil and roasted pepper bruschetta. Place on either side of the plate with goat cheese.
Preheat oven to broil on HI. Cut the bread in 2-inch slices and place on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and a fresh crack of sea salt. Broil on HI for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
Arrange the cheese on the board, and then lay the bread around the outer edge of the board.
Fill in open areas with meats, berries, and cherries.
