On a prepared platter or tray, leave room in the middle for a large plate. On the plate, lay down the halved eggs, lox, cooked sausage links, and sliced tomatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Place the bagels (sliced in half) around the outside.
Arrange capers and cream cheese in small bowls. Lay down the meat and egg plate when ready to serve. Fill in the open areas with fresh fruit. Serve!
